Reciprocity/Licensure By Endorsement: Provided the practitioner is 17, has a high school diploma, holds a current license from another state with no disciplinary action, has completed 300 hours of nail tech studies, and has taken a written exam or has 12 months of practice as a nail technician following issuance of the license in another jurisdiction. All persons applying for licensure must be a U.S. citizen or an alien lawfully admitted into the U.S. who is eligible for a credential under the Uniform Credentialing Act
