Reciprocity/Licensure By Endorsement: Must have 350 hours of instruction (missing hours may be made up in a Minnesota school) and pass written exam. High school diploma or equivalent required, as well as letter of license verification from state of origin and proof of test taken in applicant's previous state. Applicants also must pass a test of Minnesota state law
Date: Dec. 31, every 3 years (Licensee must work at least 1,800 hours during each 3-year term or 400 hours each year (part-time)
